About

A firm built by operators, not by traditional consultants.

Founded in 2016, AWWA GROUP was born from the observation that large consulting firms deliver reports but rarely execute. Our purpose is clear: take the best market-entry opportunities into the Americas and turn them into real businesses — invoicing, scaling, exporting.

Manifesto

How we operate.

We work with fewer clients than most firms. We don't sell templates. Each engagement is a blend of strategic intelligence and street-level execution, delivered by people who have run P&L on the continent.

Our commitment is radical: if the opportunity doesn't exist, we say it in the first meeting and give the time back. If it does, we open it step by step until the client is collecting invoices in local currency.

"The difference between a good market thesis and a profitable operation is eight months of impeccable execution. We accompany those eight months."

— Andrés Rincón, Founding Partner

Our pillars

Four non-negotiables.

001

Truth at the gate

If we believe a market won't work for the client, we say so on day one. Our first meeting is not a sales pitch but a viability test, with our cards on the table.

002

Execution, not reports

We don't deliver PowerPoints with recommendations to be filed away. We open accounts, sign contracts, and operate alongside the client until the local team is autonomous.

003

People in every country

Our partners and country managers live in the cities where the client wants to operate. They speak the language, know the buyers, and understand the regulation in real time.

004

Absolute confidentiality

We work simultaneously with multiple brands in adjacent categories. Our engagements include radical confidentiality clauses and strict information-segregation protocols.
